Bouwkantoor Danneels goes live with Build Software and takes a major step in digital transformation!

Bouwkantoor Danneels, a leading player in project development for over 50 years, is now officially live with Build Software. With this step, the company strengthens its digital foundation and commits to a more efficient, data-driven way of working.

The go-live marks an important milestone in Danneels’ implementation journey. Earlier, the modules for sales invoicing and post-delivery service planning were already in use. Now, all remaining business processes follow, meaning that the entire operational management will henceforth run within Build Software.

This was a particularly challenging implementation, as the existing custom-made systems were completely replaced by Build’s standard software. Thanks to the extensive functionality of Build, many of the existing processes could be seamlessly integrated into the standard workflows clear proof of the maturity and flexibility of our platform, which is fully ready to benefit.

Within Build Software, workflows are now structured per development site, with clear process steps ensuring that all rules and internal controls are followed. The delivery of homes is also managed through a transparent schedule with milestones and automated communication to all involved parties.

Cost calculations are directly imported into Build Software and used throughout the entire process, enabling much more accurate cost tracking. In addition, the solution has been extensively integrated with a range of best-of-breed applications:
• Expert/M for accounting (sales and purchases),
• Archisnapper for site report management,
• Ziggu as the customer portal, directly fed with information from Build Software.

Thanks to these integrations and the centralized data structure, Danneels now gains much better insights into budgets and performance through Power BI. The next step in this journey will be the rollout of Visual Planning to coordinate all subcontractors.

The implementation was achieved through close collaboration between the teams at Danneels and Build Software. Together, they refined processes and workflows, and trained all employees to make optimal use of the new platform.
