We are proud to announce a new partnership with Atrio NV. As a specialist in providing and installing high-quality floor finishes, Atrio offers a wide range of materials, including ceramics, parquet, natural stone, laminate, and vinyl, catering to both B2B and B2C sectors. Atrio is known for its focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
To further support its growth and diverse projects, Atrio has decided to digitize and optimize its business processes, with Build-Software as the partner.

The collaboration will occur in several phases, with the first phase focusing on improving calculation libraries, preparing calculations via templates, and the quotation process. This phased approach will allow for more efficient and accurate execution while ensuring Atrio’s daily operations continue seamlessly.

In the next phase, other business processes will also be digitized using Build-Software’s standard solutions. This includes the automation of progress tracking, invoicing, management of settlements, purchase registrations, contracts, HRM, and time tracking.

A key element of this collaboration is the integration of the invoicing flows, both for sales and purchases, via a standard connection with Exact Online. Additionally, Build-Software will enable powerful post-calculations with analytical project tracking through Build’s reporting module in combination with Microsoft PowerBI.
