ABHR ready for a digital start with Build-Software

New customer

General construction company ABHR has more than half a century of experience in building and remodeling. The company specializes in new construction, total renovations and high-end interior design. An outdated ERP system combined with fragmented information and Excel files was the basis of their search for a new digitization partner. They chose to start digitally with Build-Software!

The story behind ABHR

General Construction Company Huybregts Reynders of Turnhout has been building quality residential projects since 1965. Furthermore, they also have specializations in renovation projects as well as high-quality interior finishes, each time with a strong commitment to the story and wishes of their clients.

Since their current software solution could no longer adequately support the rapid growth of the organization, they were looking for a new suitable IT solution that could play a central role in this.

Huybregts Reynders used a diverse range of solutions. A stack of Excel files combined with an outdated ERP system caused the decentralization of project data. As a result, it was difficult to get to the right insights and not be able to switch quickly.

In presenting our “Best-Of-Breed” solution, the added value this partnership would bring to ABHR became clear after only a few sessions.

Goodbye Excel files, hello digitization!

ABHR has found a true digitization partner in Build-Software. The calculation sheets in Excel will be fully replicated in Build and this through our multi libraries system. The result? Faster automatic underpinning of quotes with monitoring of appropriate margins. The integration with Exact-online’s accounting solution, in turn, completes the circle. Purchase invoices can be reconciled against purchase orders, delivery notes and subcontracts resulting in accurate post-calculation.

Finally, planning also plays an important role. Visual Planning and VP Go’s mobile solution for job registration provides a quick overview of ongoing projects and sites as well as worker performance. This allows them to serve their customers even faster!
