Roels from Ternat digitizes with Build-Software

Ternat-based Roels ‘ digitization with Build-Software has taken the company a big step forward.

By using a standard solution for the construction industry with integration to accounting, the estimating process was accelerated, management of execution and follow-up of contracts with subcontractors was improved, invoicing and purchases were optimized, and project reporting was automated using Microsoft PowerBI.

A structured library is one of the tools Roels has deployed to speed up the estimating process. This library provides a structured and convenient repository for important information such as cost justification, returns, price lists, …. As a result, Roels is able to produce quick and accurate quotes for clients.

Managing execution and following up on contracts with subcontractors is another area Roels is working on.
