Integration
- When a new yard is created, a scheduled routine running on the server creates the corresponding analytical code (yard) in the accounting solution
- Sales invoices are exported from Build-Software to the accounting solution by the user. During this export, master data (customers, yards) is checked and, if possible, created. Verification of this master data takes place in the linking center.
- Purchase invoices are entered into the accounting solution at the corresponding yards. These purchase invoices are transferred to Build-Software via an automatic scheduled routine on the server. If desired, 1W, 2W, 3W matching can be used here. When approving the purchase invoices in Build-Software, there is the option to populate a note in Build-Software. The matching and approval in Build-Software are fed back to the accounting solution by a scheduled routine on the server such that the relevant purchase invoices are approved. This approval in the accounting solution ensures that the relevant purchase invoices can be included in the payment proposal of the accounting solution. With the approved purchase invoices in Exact Online, the note field will be visually visible. It is then the accounting assistant who has to realize the respective partial payment…
- 1W; Purchase invoice is matched/approved without corresponding document in Build Software (a.k.a. Telephone order)
- 2W; Purchase invoice is matched/approved with corresponding purchase order or contract OA
- 3W; Purchase invoice is matched/approved with corresponding delivery note or credit claim statement
- The payments of sales invoices and purchase invoices are captured in the accounting solution. Through a scheduled routine (service) on the server, the payments matched to the documents (sales invoices/purchase invoices) are transferred to Build-Software where one then has insight of what has been paid from which sales and purchase invoices.
