Build-software project at IBENS launched

Ibens is a maverick in the Belgian construction world. Ibens presents itself not as a classic contracting company, but as a housing provider, active in building residential care centers, daycare centers, schools, …

Ibens takes over the builder’s care. This includes; the organization of the construction team, business modeling of the project, BIM elaboration, aftercare… On top of producing and assembling the components of the building.

As a pioneer in 3D modeling, the BIM model is created very early on at Ibens. This not only helps make costs transparent, it also speeds up and facilitates all subsequent steps in the construction process. Moreover, such a BIM model helps avoid failure costs and increase efficiency.

We are therefore extremely proud to contribute to the digitization project together with Ibens. Which will focus on the bi-directional integration Revit/ACC and Build Software.
